Cartomancy: Pokemon

Cartomancy is the use of standard playing cards for the purposes of fortune-telling and divination. These three pocket guides presents a variation on that ancient practice – a resource for the infrequent but not uncommon occurrence of glancing down while walking somewhere, and seeing a lone card or lottery ticket on the ground looking back up at you. This pocket guide, meant to be carried at all times in your wallet or purse, is a quick way to consult a millennium’s worth of cartomancy tradition, and provide to you the tools to interpret these sign right on the spot.

Instead, this guide directs the interpretation of a single Pokémon card as a one-card "Celtic cross," drawing on its various elements (type, weakness, hit points) to make your reading.
